One whole year of happy, healthy dogs at The Dog Barn! 💛

365 days ago, we opened The Dog Barn with one simple goal: to help dogs live happier, healthier lives. We never imagined we'd meet so many incredible pups (and their lovely humans too! 👋🏼).

Whether you have popped by for advice on raw feeding, healthy and tasty treats, comfy beds, or to find the perfect harness for safe and comfortable walks, it's been a privilege to be part of your dogs' journeys. 🐾

🏠❤️‍🩹 An Update from The Dog Barn ❤️‍🩹🏠

We will be open this week from 10:00am – 3:00pm. 🤞🏼

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and the lovely messages you’ve sent over the past few weeks.

Although we’ve had to reduce our opening hours while Otis has been recovering from his broken leg, it’s been wonderful to still see so many of our amazing customers.🥰

The good news is that Otis will be back in the shop with me tomorrow! 🐶

While he’s still on crate rest and will mostly be relaxing in the air conditioning for a little while longer, he’s very excited to be back on the shop floor doing his important jobs as Chief Taste Tester and Boss! ❤️

🐾🚨 Temporary Reduced Opening Hours 🚨🐾

Due to staffing issues and our beloved Otis undergoing surgery on his leg tomorrow, we will be operating on reduced opening hours for the next few weeks.

As a small family business, we need to take some time to care for our brave boy while he recovers. 🥺🤞🏼

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time.🤎

Thank you to everyone who has wished their favourite shop dog Otis a speedy recovery, I look forward to having him back in the shop by my side soon.🥹🫶🏼

Working hard or hardly working?🐶❄️

The boss is busy enjoying his Puppuccino Ice Lolly and soaking up the air con while I’m stuck doing all the hard work… although if you catch me outside enjoying a bit of sunshine, no you didn’t 👀☀️

All jokes aside, please keep your pups cool during this heatwave! 🐾💛

We’ve got plenty in store to help keep your dogs safe, cool, and entertained, including:

🚨 EARLY CLOSURE ALERT 🚨
This Saturday (23rd May), The Dog Barn will be closing at 2pm because management has decided they desperately need a holiday… and by management, we mean Otis 🐶💼🐾

We’re scooting off to Tenby for a few days with our family at Raw Dogg and the lovely pups!🐾

Pop in before 2pm for all your raw food, treats, toys, and “I definitely don’t spoil my dog” purchases 😜💸

🚨 Please keep your pups safe and shaded during the upcoming heatwave, we have lots of summer products in store to help keep them cool!😎💦
