Getting mares in foal is not always easy but when you are working with super vet Fiona Tonry from Three Counties Equine Hospital you know you are in very safe hands. This year we tried something new and did all the breeding preparation, scanning, inseminations and post insemination work at the yard which meant alot more work for us but less stress for the mares and a more cost effective approach for the owners. It has been hugely successful with 100% pregnancy in the mares so far!

A huge thank you goes out to Matthew James who has stepped to shoe our horses whilst Wayne has been out of action. Matt has been brilliant and I am so grateful to him for his expertise.

So pleased with the progress Sunny is making. One of the most sensible and generous horses I have ever backed. Pictured here with her owner Sarah.🤩🦄
