What a clever Cabbage 🦄

Poor boys been ridden twice since RoR champs but pulled off a near perfect test for 67% - a slight sat nav error but we came in 2nd place 🥈 🎉🎉

Still reliving the RoR champs and can’t believe we have nearly been at home a week 😭

One more proper dressage outing tomorrow for the South West and Wales RC champs. Going to try a few new things tomorrow and see how we get one.

Novice 2 tomorrow so Back in a short arena so new funky letters so it should be easier to learn with Dressage TestPro

Cabs then has some fun stuff on the agenda before we go again trying to qualify for 2027 championship 🙈

Another early morning of dressage and some sight seeing

Best boys 🦄

Novice Nationals - some sack the rider errors but a please test with some improvements from previous times

65% overall with the same comments of more uphill and in front of my leg 🙈

Prelim Leagues - the closest we got to a top 10 by 0.5 of a mark under two judges - a very expensive change behind and an early canter transition 😭

Bee and Paddy were let loose after Cabby’s dressage was done

We were done by lunch time so we headed to Liverpool for the afternoon

After a long journey Monday the winning post was a welcome slight

So was the sand pit 🏖️

His first time on grass in 12 months and he was so good in our Novice league - 68% off C and 66.83% overall - just needs to be more uphill - very fair 👍

Prelim Nationals - we both slight disgraced ourselves - Me forgetting a circle and Cabby seeming forgetting how to halt - our first ever 1 🤣 - again fair comment about become more uphill and off his shoulders for 65% overall

Thank god that’s over 🤣

We had an awesome stable inside a stable which Cabby loved!

Really hoping we haven’t peaked too soon 🤣🤣

Mercian showing today - we won his RoR class by being the best behaved by quite a bit 🥰

Then we waited for the champs - Poor boy had been on the lorry for a few hours and straight in with no warm up (not my choice 🙈) and aced it and did the most AMAZING gallop 🥰 When the Cob was pulled reserve I thought that was it for us and then we were called forward as champion 🎉🎉🎉

Thank you so much for a lovely show and amazing prizes - we can’t wait to have our day our at Hereford Racecourse 🏇🏇🏇

Now to warp in cotton will for 2 days and enjoy Aintree - approach each test as we do at a normal competition and try not to let the championship pressure get to us 🤞🤞

Lots to think about but I think I remembered most of it, just need to stop nagging him and get him better off my leg but not to forward 🤩
