Just took my dog Kobi for a wash and cut and Ella has done a great job - he had long curls which were cute but so impractical when out walking especially his paws. I took him to the new dog groomers in the Old Town - it’s called ❤️. - he’s now causing havoc in my shop 🤣

Just a few reminders, as we have lots of new clients here!

📅 Online Booking System
You can use the booking system to book, amend and cancel appointments at any time. It’s usually much quicker than messaging, as you can see my live availability straight away without having to go back and forth with me.

⏰ Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the groom fee, as it can be difficult to refill the appointment at short notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the groom fee.

✂️ Booking in Advance
If your dog needs regular grooming, I always recommend booking your next appointment when you collect them. I’m now booking several weeks in advance, and I don’t want anyone to miss out on their preferred appointment time.
