Just a polite reminder regarding my services, prices and policies.

I take a huge amount of pride in the care, time, and professionalism I put into every single walk. Your dogs are treated with patience, understanding, and genuine care — whether that’s on a solo walk or in a carefully managed small group setting.

I provide a reliable, high-quality service that supports all dogs, including those who may need extra attention or have more complex needs. This is something I have built through experience, consistency, and a real passion for what I do.

As a business, my services, pricing and policies are set to reflect the level of care and responsibility involved and are not open to any negotiation. I offer excellent value for money and I’m inline, if not cheaper than other dog walkers in the area for which you get a reliable, high quality service in return.

I understand that everything is increasing at the moment which puts pressure on everyone, but that also includes me. I have to be able to cover business insurance, fuel charges (which are ever increasing), wear and tear on my car by having dogs in it, amongst many others things and on top of that I need to be able to pay my bills just like everyone else. Whilst I understand the pressure, I do expect all communication with myself to remain respectful and I must remind all clients that I categorically will not tolerate being spoken to disrespectfully.
