Sam 🐾♥️ At his first appointment, everything was brand new, so we focused on building his confidence and making sure he had a positive experience. Today, he absolutely smashed it! He let me use the scissors around his face and stayed so calm throughout his haircut. Swipe to see his first groom!

The first photo is Nellie’s second groom, and the second photo takes you back to her very first groom just four weeks earlier. What an incredible transformation!

Since her first visit, Nellie has grown so much in confidence. This time she happily allowed me to use the scissors around her face and body, was much more relaxed on the grooming table, and took everything in her stride.

This is exactly why introducing puppies to grooming from a young age and keeping them on a regular schedule is so important. It’s not just about achieving a beautiful finish, it’s about building trust, confidence, and making grooming a positive experience for life.

I’m so proud of the progress Nellie has made already, and I can’t wait to see how much more she achieves at her next appointment! 💕

Sweet little Finn came in today feeling very nervous and timid, but with lots of patience, reassurance and gentle handling, he soon realised grooming wasn't so scary.
By the end of his groom he was wagging his tail, giving me lots of kisses, and even started falling asleep while I worked.
Watching nervous dogs grow in confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my job♥️

Meet the gorgeous 6-month-old Winnie!
🤎may be a little spicy at times, but she's also such a loving, sweet girl.

Today we achieved a big milestone by getting a full body clip done, along with a tidy trim on her legs, paws, and ears. We're still taking things slowly around her face, as she's learning to feel comfortable with the scissors. Building trust is tar more important than rushing a perfect finish, and every positive grooming experience helps puppies grow into calm, confident adults.
For now, we're leaving enough hair around her face to keep her happy while we continue working towards a beautiful face trim that lets her see clearly. One step at a time, and she's doing amazingly.
Well done, Winnie, I can't wait to see your progress at your next visit!🐾🤎

came in for her de-shed and tidy trim, leaving her coat sott, fluffy and looking her absolute best.
Keeping on top of de-shedding helps remove loose undercoat, reduces moulting around the home, prevents matting and keeps your pup comfortable all year round.

Frank came to me for a full groom and although he was a little nervous to begin with, we took everything at his pace.🐾

With plenty of patience, reassurance, head rubs and cuddles, his confidence grew throughout the session... and by the end, he was rewarding me with this gorgeous smile.☺️♥️

Building trust is one of the most important parts of grooming.
Every dog deserves to feel safe, understood and never rushed.
I can't wait to see Frank again and continue growing his confidence with each visit. 🐾♥️

Winnie's first visit with me, and what a sweetheart she is.

She's such a gentle, sensitive girl, so taking things at her pace was really important.
One of the things I love most about being a 1-1 groomer is being able to give every dog the time, patience and reassurance they need. There's never any rushing, just a calm environment where they can relax and enjoy their pamper.

I can't wait to watch Winnie's confidence grow with each visit.
