RECALL OF JAMES WELLBELOVED CAT ORAL CARE & HAIRBALL DRY FOOD

James Wellbeloved has issued a voluntary recall of certain batches of:

James Wellbeloved Cat Oral Care – 1.5kg, 4kg & 10kg
James Wellbeloved Cat Hairball – 1.5kg & 4kg

Due to a manufacturing system error, the affected products do not contain the required vitamin levels for a complete and balanced diet and therefore are not suitable for use as a cat's sole source of nutrition.

If you feed either of these products or know someone that does please check your batch number and best-before date against the official recall information.

If your product is affected, stop feeding it to your cat. Please keep the product packaging and contact the Consumer Care team via the details below to arrange reimbursement:
