Just a little update regarding appointments going forward.
Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and appointment changes, I’ll now be introducing a new booking policy.
A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all future appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the final grooming cost on the day.
Please also note that appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation/rescheduling fee. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at a higher rate, as these appointments are very difficult to fill at short notice.
I completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and I’ll always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for each customer and last-minute changes can leave me with an unfillable slot.
