☎️ We're having a new phone system installed at both our branches (Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock) this Thursday, 10 September.

We're expecting little to no downtime, but there may be a very short disruption to our phones while the work happens. For a brief period, calls to Pembroke Dock may be diverted to Haverfordwest – if that happens, the team there will be happy to help.

If you can't get through by phone on Thursday:

📱 Live chat – head to fentonvets.co.uk and use the chat. Leave your phone number and our team will call you back – we'll be keeping a close eye on it.
💻 Email – [email protected] or [email protected]. Both inboxes will be monitored closely.

If your pet has an emergency and you can't reach us through any of the above, please come straight to your nearest branch – we're open as usual.
