Sorry I've not been posting much. Been so busy and distracted with renovations!

Anyway, last Friday, the ground here was bone dry and cracked. Look at it now! Dogs were loving it! They were even loving the torrential rain on Tuesday after the heatwave. Even the thunder didnt bother them.

One last visit to the gorgeous Fred and George this morning as their human slaves are now back from camping. Followed by a earlier group walk made up of morning and afternoon doggos. Then a house visit for the Looney Labs who aren't so looney in this heat!

Who knows how long it will last with our Great British weather, but at the moment walks are shorter and slower. Sticking to the shade with frequent pit stops to offer water. Once they've been out and about, and done what they need to do, they're quite happy to chill back at the car with their own water bowls and all the doors open. Parking in the shade is obviously essential.
More caution should be taken with puppies, elderly and/or poorly dogs and those flat faced breeds. Water should always be carried in this weather. Even if they refuse it, still keep offering. Keep your pooches safe ###
