🐾 A few things you should know about Casper…

He loves a sofa cuddle, a good fuss and a chat. Casper is a very talkative boy and will happily let you know what he wants, especially when he thinks it’s time for food!

Cattery life has been a little frustrating for Casper, and he can sometimes become overstimulated. He’s looking for a home with access to the outdoors, where he can have more freedom and burn off some energy.

We hope this will help him feel more settled and get back to enjoying his favourite thing – snuggling up with his people.

Casper needs to be the only pet in an adult-only home, where he can have plenty of attention to himself.

Think Casper could be the cat for you? Find out more and register your interest via our website: https://www.cats.org.uk/surrey -70384

Have you seen this cat?

This black and white, unneutered male cat has been regularly seen around the Park Barn area of Guildford (GU3) since around January but has recently gone missing.

He is a slim but muscular cat that is quite large with distinctive large ears and has an appearance a little like a British Shorthair. He is described as being very gentle.

We’re hoping someone in the area may recognise him or know where he has gone. He may have an owner locally.

If you see him and are able to safely handle him, he could be taken to a vet to check for a microchip, which may help us find his owner.

If you have any information about him, please get in touch. And please share to help us find him💜

We get a wonderful variety of blankets donated for our cats at the centre and we appreciate every single one as we know the time, effort and care that goes into making them.

Here is Larry enjoying his personalised blanket. We hope you agree that he's a handsome little pickle 🐈‍⬛

Please show us a photo of your cat's favourite cosy spot in the comments!😻

If you have any spare good quality yarn we would really appreciate it as some of our volunteers make blankets for the cats in our care. These blankets then go home with the cats as a familiar item.

You can drop off at our Cat Centre - Chase Lodge Studio, Upper Hammer Lane, Haslemere, GU27 1QD between 11-3pm everyday apart from Tuesdays when we are closed.

Thank you 🐾

🌟 SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY – Meet Puzzle 🌟

Puzzle came into our care after sadly losing her owner. Having spent her life in a loving home with one person, the change has understandably been a huge adjustment for this timid little girl. 💕

Puzzle needs a special person who will let her take things at her own pace, giving her the time, patience and consistency she needs to build her confidence.

She may be happiest living with someone on their own, or a calm couple with a quiet, stable routine. We feel she could form a particularly strong bond with one person.

🐾 Puzzle may take time, but we know there’s a very special companion waiting to emerge.

Could you be the patient and loving home she’s been waiting for? ❤️
