My tutor and mentor and friend… I owe a lot to this lady! She taught me everything I know and I’m always grateful to her and I’m always learning! ⬇️

This little beauty will be coming to live with me next month. She will be 16 weeks old when I get her and already I’m in love!
The last few months have been one of the most difficult times mentally for me as my grief about losing Chops was so strong.
I had a vision in my mind as to what my next dog would look like so when I saw the photos of her I just knew she was the one for me!
Thank you to Angela Wallis for sharing the post and to Clare Phillips, Love Cyprus Dog Rescue for choosing me to love and look after her and, as such, making me so very happy.
I can’t wait to meet her and for us to start our lives together ♥️🐾♥️ as I’m so ready to give my love to her.

Charlie and Freddie were my first two dogs to have massage yesterday morning and the fur on my mats afterwards made me laugh! Luckily I had my vacuum to hand and the clinic looked as good as new after for the remaining 5 dogs I treated.

Skye, Lurcher, age 9 came to see me yesterday for her FREE clinical canine massage which she won for winning Best in Show at Paws in the Pub - Gloucestershire in May.
She loved it and was so relaxed as you’ll see of the photo of her eyes going all gooey!
She also won best senior dog (leading her to win BIS) and so she received another voucher for a free massage as I sponsored that class! She is going to come back early October for another treatment.
Skye is such a beautiful girl and I can see why the judge gave her the prize!

Proud as punch to have trained with the best 🙌🏻♥️🐾⬇️

The veterinary sector is about to change. And many won’t tell you what that means. We will. We’ve been a part of industry talks and the DEFRA RCVS sprints so here’s what it means.

The government’s new White Paper proposes statutory regulation of the entire veterinary team including allied veterinary professionals.
When this passes, standards will be set, scope of practice will be defined and registration will matter.

Here’s what they won’t tell you: not all canine massage education will meet those standards.

We deliver the GA Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Canine Massage Therapy through Gatehouse Awards and this already meets the standard. 
It’s officially AHPR registered and has undergone rigorous, independent scrutiny 
That of course + it’s the only canine massage qualification to include a method backed by evidence based clinical trials with Wi******er University published in the Vet Record.

Most courses? Most unaccredited courses? They won’t. And when the sector tightens with the license to practice model which is being proposed, you’ll need a qualification that’s future proofed
The change is coming. The question is, ‘are you training to yesterday’s standards or tomorrow’s?’

Read the White Paper. Look at who’s AHPR registered. 

Then ask your course provider if the course you’re about to take with them is future proofed.

The window to get this right is closing.
