A Tribute To Buddy ❤️

You looked after our gorgeous boy in July this year and we thank you for that ❤️. Buddy was 14 and a half years old and we got him at 12 weeks old. He went everywhere with us and has left a huge gap in our lives. We still have all your beds and bowls around the house and your water fountain is still running Buddy Boy, we love and miss you every single day, see you on the other side gorgeous boy, until then we will miss you everyday 😘❤️ xx

🌈 OUR VERY OWN ROXY’S RAINBOW CANDLE 🌈

Over the years, we’ve been asked so many times by families who bring their beloved pets to us and spend time in our Farewell Room, “What is that beautiful scent?” 🕯️❤️

Scent can hold such powerful memories, and many people have told us they would love to have that same fragrance at home — something that takes them back to those precious final moments spent with their pet.

Until now, it has simply been a candle that we bought ourselves and unfortunately wasn’t something we could offer to our families.

So, with this in mind, we decided to create something of our very own. 🌈

We’ve been working with the lovely Ignite Candles to create our very own Roxy’s Rainbow Candle, complete with our own specially chosen scent — one that families can now take home and light whenever they want to feel close to their much-loved pet. 🕯️🐾

Each candle is beautifully hand-poured using 100% soy wax, with no paraffin, and made using carefully selected vegan and cruelty-free ingredients.

And of course, we had to add a little touch of Roxy’s Rainbow inside too… 🌈 Just look at those beautiful rainbow colours and the little heart ❤️

They smell absolutely gorgeous and we’re so pleased with how they’ve turned out.

A beautiful candle to light in memory of a much-loved pet who has crossed Rainbow Bridge — allowing that familiar scent to bring back a moment, a memory and a love that will always remain. 🌈🐾

Beautiful tribute to Milly 🌈❤️

Thank you so much for millys final journey

Her as a pup i got her 4 weeks old growing up she was so playful and a family dog not a bad bone in her body she was here before my 2 younger children she was one in a million
She would never be cahed as she bit the metal bars she would not be in the kitchen she chewed my doors in half bit as the older years came she just wanted cuddles she got diagnosed with dementia she was the most loyal caring and well behaved dog you could ask for all the kids loved her she will be sadly missed and our hearts are all beoken but i want to say a thank you to help her woth her journey and tsking the care she needs and with dignatity my life will not be the same without her 😭😭😭ive sent over some photos of her x

🐾❤️ A LOVELY WELCOME TO THE FAITHFUL FRIENDS TEAM ❤️🐾

We wanted to introduce you all to two lovely new members of the Faithful Friends Mobile Vet team – Gemma and Lynne. 🌈

Dr Gemma Taylor joins the team as a Veterinary Surgeon, bringing with her an amazing 17 years of veterinary experience. Gemma will be working alongside Hayley, helping families and their beloved pets through one of the hardest times with the kindness, dignity and compassion they deserve. ❤️🐾

Lynne joins as their new Client Care Coordinator – and she also happens to be Hayley’s mam! ❤️ With over 35 years’ experience as an NHS nurse, as well as experience in bereavement support, Lynne will be there at the end of the phone to support families from that very first difficult call.

As a fellow independent family-run business, we absolutely love seeing Faithful Friends grow while still keeping that personal, family feel that makes their service so special.

A huge welcome to Gemma & Lynne – we know you’ll both be amazing additions to the team. ❤️🌈🐾

Just a little reminder that our Pet Bereavement Support Group is tomorrow, Thursday 27th August, 4pm–6pm at Hartlepool Divers Club. ❤️

This month’s group is held in loving memory of the gorgeous Duke. 🐾🌈 A very special boy who was so loved and will always be remembered. ❤️

If you’ve lost a much-loved pet and would like somewhere to talk, share memories or simply be around people who understand, please come along. There’s never any pressure to talk — sometimes just being with others who understand can really help.

Everyone is welcome, whether your loss was recent or many years ago. ❤️

Because every paw print tells a story. 🐾🌈

A little put away now can make such a difference when you need it most.

We can’t stress enough how helpful our pre-payment plan can be.

Every week, we receive numerous calls from heartbroken pet owners asking if they can set up a payment plan after their pet has passed away. So many tell us:

🌈 LOCK IN TODAY’S PRICE

The price agreed when you join is the price you’ll pay for your pet’s cremation — whether you need us in 5 years, 10 years or further down the line.

💷 PAY AS LITTLE OR AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE

There are no set monthly payments. You can put away £1 a week, £5 a month, £20 when you have it — whatever suits you.

And all the while, you have the reassurance of knowing you’ve started preparing.

Our pre-payment plan isn’t about thinking negatively.

It’s about taking one financial worry away from what will already be one of the hardest days. 🌈❤️

To make things as quick and easy as possible, if you would like to set up a pre-payment plan, please send us a private message or text with the following information:

🐾 Your name
🏡 Your address
❤️ Your pet’s name
🐾 What pet you have
🐶 If your pet is a dog, what breed they are
⚱️ Whether you would like an urn or our standard scatter box
🌈 If you would like an urn, which one you have chosen

Once we have this information, we can work out the correct cost for your pet and send you everything you need to set up your plan and your unique payment reference.

You can then start putting away as little or as much as you like.

Hopefully you won’t need us for a very long time — but whenever that day eventually comes, we’ll be here. 🐾🌈

🧸 OUR ORIGINAL MEMORY BEARS 🧸

We thought we’d share a little story about our beautiful Memory Bears. ❤️

When we were told that our original Memory Bears were being discontinued and were shown the replacement that was going to be offered instead, we have to admit… we just weren’t happy with it.

There was such a difference between the two. The original bear was softer, cuddlier and, in our opinion, just so much nicer — and when something is going to hold such precious memories, we weren’t prepared to compromise on quality.

So, rather than simply accepting the replacement, we immediately set about finding out who actually made our original bears.

And we found them! 🙌🧸

That meant we were able to continue supplying the exact same beautiful Memory Bears we always have, without any interruption — something we’re really pleased we took the time to do.

Our latest delivery arrived this week, although apparently our supplier had a very important job on their hands first… 😂

We were told they had personally rounded up 24 of the cuddliest and most well-behaved bears they could find and packed them especially for us.

Well… somebody clearly didn’t do their background checks! 😂

Because within hours of arriving, one had already tried to escape! 🧸🏃‍♂️😂

Thankfully, we caught the little troublemaker and sent him off to his new home, with strict instructions to behave himself for his new family. 😂❤️

All joking aside, we absolutely love these bears, and we’re so glad that when we heard they were being discontinued, we went that extra mile to make sure the original Memory Bear remained part of what we offer at Roxy’s Rainbow. 🌈

Because when it comes to something this special, “nearly the same” just isn’t good enough. ❤️🧸 #❤️🧸
