Happy Monday! ☔🐾

It may be raining outside, but I’ve spent a lovely morning pampering the gorgeous Raffie. Doesn’t he look adorable with his little round teddy-bear head? 🧸

To achieve that lovely finish, Raffie enjoyed:
✨ Two shampoos with Peanut & Pickle
✨ A Marshmallow Facial
✨ A gentle fluff dry using my favourite brushes from The Coat

Investing in high-quality products really does make a huge difference to the final result, helping to create that soft, fluffy finish we all love.

Hi everyone! 👋

I thought I’d pop on and reintroduce myself to all my new followers.

I’m Erica, the owner of Kaybets Grooming Parlour here in Killinghall. I have a lovely grooming studio in my fully enclosed garden and work purely on a one-to-one basis, ensuring every dog receives my full attention, care, and patience.

I’m passionate not only about coat care but about all things canine, and I pride myself on continually learning and developing my skills to provide the very best service for your dogs.

When I’m not grooming, you’ll usually find me trying to keep fit at the local gym, walking in the Dales with my two pooches—Henry the Cockapoo and Ted, the world’s cutest Coton de Tuléar—or renovating our family home, usually with a large gin and tonic in hand! 🍸🐾

I’m genuinely so grateful to all my lovely clients and never take for granted the trust you place in me to care for your beloved pooches. Your support means the world to me, and I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days doing a job I truly love.

Meet Murphy! 🐾

Isn’t he the most adorable Spaniel? 😍

Today was Murphy’s first visit to Kaybets Grooming Parlour, and he enjoyed the full spa treatment! He was pampered with two luxurious shampoos, a Cocomallow conditioner, and a Marshmallow facial. After a gentle blow-dry, he had a full groom and trim to leave him looking and feeling his very best.

And ta-da! ✨

Just look at that handsome face and those beautiful eyes. I think it’s safe to say he’s feeling rather pleased with his new haircut! 💙

It was an absolute pleasure to meet you, Murphy. We can’t wait to see you again soon! 🐶✂️

Just a little reminder to please make sure you book your pooches in well in advance ✂️🐶

I’m now completely full for June and unfortunately I really can’t squeeze another dog in 😅

If your furry friend will need a groom over the coming months, please try to plan ahead and get your appointments booked early to avoid disappointment 💕

I hope you all had a fab bank holiday weekend! ☀️

It’s set to be another warm day tomorrow, so please look after your pooches and keep them safe in the heat 🐶💛

Try to walk them first thing in the morning or later in the evening when it’s much cooler. Fresh water, shady spots and keeping exercise light can make such a big difference.

Remember — if the pavement is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws! 🐾

Meet Obi — the adorable Cockapoo who visited Kaybets Grooming Parlour for his very first pamper session! ✨🐾

He was an absolute dream to groom and so incredibly well behaved from start to finish. Here he is after enjoying his luxurious marshmallow facial, followed by a fluffy blow dry and his finished groom. Just look at that gorgeous face and those perfectly silky ears — doesn’t he look divine? 💕

I hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend! Mine was spent enjoying some quality time with my boys 🐶 — and Henry even had his very first pupachino!

It’s a busy week here at Kaybets Grooming Parlour, and what better way to kick things off than with the gorgeous Milo 🐾 Here he is after his full pamper — looking absolutely fabulous!

Well, finally a day off — and what better way to spend it than with my lovely pal! 💛

We headed out into the Dales, climbing Ingleborough and soaking up every moment with the pooches . It was Henry’s first trip up one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and he absolutely loved it! 🐾

As a work-from-home dog groomer, it’s easy to go days (sometimes longer!) without taking a proper break. But today was a reminder of how important it is to prioritise self-care — getting out into nature, switching off, and spending quality time with good friends.

Days like this really do reset everything ✨
