We are a dedicated small animal veterinary practice based in Harrogate, proudly caring for your pets.

Out-of-hours care, please contact Medivet Thirsk- 01845 522297 At Shamrock we want you and your pet to want to come to the vet, because you like us! We aim to make coming to see us fun yet relaxing. We have treats for those who want them and space, tranquility and gentle handling for our more nervous patients. We treat dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, hamsters, gerbils, budg

ies, pet mice and rats. Harrogate based we also cover Knaresborough, Wetherby, Whixley, Sicklinghall, Tadcaster, Ripon, Shaw Mills and surrounding villages. We aim to provide a warm friendly service - and our clients seem to like us. We have a wealth of experience, yet are up to date on the latest treatments available. Ring us if you want to register your pet, or please come in and talk to us if you prefer to meet us first. Excellent on site car parking available for our clinets new and old. 💙Meet Otto💙
Otto came for a routine dental scale and polish due to excess tartar on his teeth. On charting and scaling our wonderful nurses found that Otto had a very mobile tooth and also a fractured incisor. Dental x-ray confirmed that the pulp cavity was exposed and so both the mobile and fractured teeth were removed.
What a incredibly brave, lovely boy he was. Well done Otto🤩
