With the clocks going back this Sunday, lots of you have been asking, so we've written a simple step-by-step guide to a visit to our Harlow clinic:

✨ Timer off, with time to get ready without rushing

Most people tell us they simply enjoy the calm. Sessions are £49 for a 30-minute slot. 🐾 Four-legged clients are welcome too, for calm, gentle sessions. We work alongside your vet.

Rife uses our Spooky2 system to play programmed frequencies through plasma, often after a biofeedback scan, so the session is built around you rather than a generic routine.

PEMF sends a gentle pulsed magnetic field through the body. You do not have to understand the physics to feel the difference between a raced nervous system and a settled one.
