Update- it looks like a glitch with BT, hopefully sorted now! Voicemail deactivated which unfortunately means we cant leave an outgoing message for when we are closed- the phone will just ring out.

Phone issues!!!
Its been brought to my attention that if our phone lines are busy clients are being redirected to voice mail. I dont understand how this is happening as our voice mail is set to "off" and we have no way of retrieving messages! I am working on it, but if you DO get the voicemail message please dont leave a message, as we won't get it, just try again in a few minutes! Thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience!

Update! We STILL have no broadband! That's been nearly a week, and we are on at BT every single day, but getting nowhere. They know what the issue is (outside the pracrice) but seem to be doing nothing, despite our appeals 😡😡. Any Openreach engineers out there who could help?!
So sorry sorry for the inconvenience, folks. We have had shocking service from BT, no updates or anything in nearly a week. We are still working as normal, its all just taking a bit longer, so appreciate your patience.
