🐾 A little extra TLC for Siren 💕

Siren came in to see us for a dental procedure recently, and while she was recovering in our kennels, one of our wonderful nurses sat quietly with her to keep her company as she woke up. 🥰

Our nurses play such an important role in caring for our patients. From preparing them for procedures and monitoring them under anaesthetic, to keeping a close eye on them as they recover, they are there every step of the way. 🩺🐾

But nursing isn’t just about the clinical care. ❤️ It’s also about noticing when a patient needs a little extra reassurance, offering a gentle stroke, sitting beside them when they’re feeling unsure, and making sure they feel safe and comforted while they’re away from home.

For our patients, these little moments can make a big difference — and it’s something our nurses do every single day, often without anyone seeing it. 🐶💕

🐱 From tiny kitten to growing boy! 🥹🐾

We first met Emmett when he was just a little kitten, and he came back to see us recently for his 6-month health check. Although his check up was last month we wanted to highlight why these regular checks are so important.

During Emmett’s check, we found that he was carrying a little more weight than is ideal. He’s now started a weight-loss plan to help him reach and maintain a healthier weight. 💙

This is one of the benefits of regular 6-month health checks — they give us the opportunity to spot changes early and advise owners on things that may otherwise go unnoticed. From weight management and dental health to general wellbeing, these checks help us keep your pets happy and healthy as they grow. 🩺🐾

Swipe to see little Emmett then and Emmett now! 🥹➡️🐱
