🐾 A Little Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy 🐾

At The Paw Den, every appointment is reserved especially for your furry friend. As a small independent business, each booking plays an important part in helping us continue providing the highest level of care and grooming for your dogs.

We completely understand that plans can sometimes change, and we always try to be as accommodating as possible. To help us manage our diary and offer cancelled appointments to other clients, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

✨ 48+ hours’ notice is greatly appreciated
✨ 24 hours’ notice will require 50% of the groom price to be paid
✨ Less than 24 hours’ notice will require the full groom price to be paid before rebooking
