The Mistake I Made for Way Too Long in My Grooming Business…

For years, I thought saying “yes” to every grooming request made me a better groomer.

Last-minute appointments, late-night messages, squeezing in one more dog—I did it all.

But instead of helping, it left me rushed and unable to give every dog the care they deserved.

So I made a change. I introduced clearer boundaries, appointment times, and booking policies.

The result? Happier dogs, better grooms, and a better experience for everyone.

The biggest lesson I learned: doing more isn’t always doing better. ❤️🐾
