Rosie came in for her very first groom on Saturday 🥹

She was such a sweet girl and took everything in her stride, although sitting still wasn’t exactly her strongest skill… this girl has ENERGY 😂

Lots of excitement, lots of wiggles and plenty of personality, but she did so well for her first ever grooming experience.

Such a lovely little girl — I can’t wait to see her again! 💗

Meet sweet Benji 🐾💕

Benji came in for a little comfort groom yesterday, and being a very old boy, he decided the best way to spend his appointment was to sleep through most of it! 😂

We simply work around him and let him take things at his own pace, making sure he stays as comfortable and relaxed as possible throughout his groom.

He’s had a lovely freshen-up and is now feeling much cleaner, smelling much better and, most importantly, much more comfortable. 🥹

Such a sweet old boy who really is a pleasure to have in the salon. 💗

Meet little Liffey 🐾💕

Today was this gorgeous girl’s first ever groom, and what a little superstar she was!

Liffey spent her appointment enjoying lots and lots of cuddles and kisses, plenty of playtime, and of course… plenty of puppy naps! 😂 She was such a sweet, happy little girl and I absolutely loved getting to spend her first groom with her.

Liffey is being hand stripped to help keep her coat looking and feeling its best as she grows. As she’s still in her puppy coat, it can take up to around 2 years for her adult coat to fully come through, so regular hand stripping will help us keep everything nice and healthy in the meantime.

Just look at that gorgeous little face! 🥹 What a sweetheart she is.

Meet Capri 🐾

This gorgeous Lagotto decided she wanted to try her chances at a receptionist position… unfortunately, within about 5 minutes she had fallen asleep at the desk. 😂

So back to the grooming table she went, where she promptly fell asleep AGAIN. Clearly, working isn’t really her thing!

Despite spending most of her appointment catching up on her beauty sleep, Capri went home looking absolutely gorgeous and rocking those beautiful natural curls.

I think we’ll stick to grooming for now, Capri! 🤎

This gorgeous little Maltipoo came in for his groom and was another absolute superstar!

Bruce was such a good boy throughout his pamper and was so lovely to groom. Although, I have to admit, those puppy dog eyes made it very difficult to say no to him! 🥹

Meet Sox 🐾

This handsome boy came in for a full groom, and at 15 years old he was an absolute superstar from start to finish.

Sox was such a good boy and took everything in his stride. It’s always extra special getting to pamper our senior dogs and help them feel fresh, clean and comfortable.

Just look at that little face! Luna came in for a full groom and was such a sweet little girl throughout her pamper. She was so good and looked absolutely gorgeous afterwards.

We think she was pretty pleased with her fresh new look too… just look at that cheeky little tongue! 😂

Meet gorgeous Mika 💗🐾

This little rescue girl came in for a nail trim today. She was a little unsure about having her nails done, but she was SO good and, with lots of patience and reassurance, we managed to get all of her nails lovely and short. ✂️

Regular nail trims are really important for our dogs. Overgrown nails can become uncomfortable, affect the way they walk and put extra pressure on their toes and joints. Keeping them at a healthy length helps them stay comfortable and moving naturally.

Mika was such a sweetheart and did incredibly well for her trim — I’m sure she’s going to feel much more comfortable with those little claws shortened. 💕🐶
