Working hours:
36 hours per week
Monday: 8am–7pm
Wednesday: 8am–7pm
Thursday: 8am–2pm
Friday: 8am–7pm

Confident communicating with clients
Organised, reliable and enthusiastic
Passionate about providing outstanding customer care
Flexible and willing to go to our Bromsgrove branch if needed

😺 Responsibilities

Greet clients on reception warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment bookings, client queries and taking payments
Processing insurance claims and supporting clients with related queries
Dispensing medication
Supporting the promotion of campaigns and our preventative healthcare incentives
