🧡🐱 HAPPY GINGER CAT APPRECIATION DAY! 🐱🧡

Today we’re celebrating those gorgeous ginger cats who bring a little extra sunshine into our lives! ☀️

Whether they’re cuddly, cheeky, curious, completely food-obsessed… or convinced that the whole house belongs to them, ginger cats certainly have BIG personalities! 😻

From bright orange to soft marmalade, every ginger is unique — and we love them all. 🧡

📸 Let’s see your ginger beauties!
Post a photo of your ginger cat in the comments and tell us their name and their favourite thing to do. 👇

And remember… ginger cats may have a reputation for being a little bit mischievous, but we wouldn’t have them any other way! 😂🧡

Lumps and bumps are common in pets, especially as they age. Most are harmless — but some can cause discomfort or become more serious over time.

If you have noticed a lump on your pet, book a £25 Lump Check and one of our experienced vets can gently assess the lump quickly, helping you understand what it might be and put your mind at ease.

📞 Call the practice to book or find more information on the Offers page on our website.

Offer ends 31 October 2026. T&Cs apply.

Take a first look at our new TV advert...

We’re incredibly proud to be part of inspiring vet care, a family of trusted local practices brought together by a shared belief in better care for animals, and the people who love them.

For us, being part of inspiring vet care means staying true to what matters most: the relationships we build with our clients, the care our teams give every day, and the role our practice plays in the local community.

This new advert brings that story to life. It’s a celebration of the people, pets, and everyday moments of care that sit at the heart of what we do. We’re proud to share it with you

We are deeply saddened to report that one of our veterinary nurses found a deceased male tabby cat this morning, who appears to have been involved in a road traffic accident.
He was located on the road between Jimmy’s Farm and the Tattingstone turn-off.
He is an unneutered male with no microchip or distinctive markings.
If you believe this may be your pet, please contact our Brantham surgery on 01206 391511. Our team is available today until 1:00 PM to assist you.

Trigger Gets His Operation

This week at the practice, we had a very special little visitor… Trigger! 🐱❤️

Trigger is an adorable 3-month-old kitten who came in to see us for his castration and microchip.

Of course, being named Trigger, we couldn’t resist an Only Fools and Horses reference…

🧢 “This time next year, Trigger, you’ll be a millionaire!” 💷😂

Although, after his visit, Trigger was probably thinking: “Lovely jubbly… but where are my treats?” 😹

Trigger was a very brave boy and was soon back home, ready for plenty of cuddles and mischief!

💙 Microchipping your kitten is an important part of responsible pet ownership — it gives them a permanent form of identification and helps reunite them with you if they ever go missing.

Well done, little Trigger! 🐾💙
