Unfortunately due to the current circumstances & the government advice the riding school is shut! We are definitely shut for 3 weeks but depending on government advice we are not sure when we will re-open! If you could all follow Kelcliffe Farm Riding School page and updates will be on there! For now the ponies are having a well deserved 3 weeks off in the field! Please stay safe and stay in your houses and hopefully all this will be over much sooner!

The British Horse Society have today reversed the directive that they originally issued. Kelcliffe Farm Riding School will therefore be open for business from Tuesday 24th March.

We will be arranging hacks in small groups only, there will be no novice lessons or younger children. We will need to enforce stricter hygiene requirements to protect both staff and customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however in these uncertain times im sure you will appreciate we must comply with the directions we are given.

Please contact us to discuss if you would like to continue riding at this present time. We will also be contacting people who would normally be riding at set times to discuss a way to continue.

If you were supposed to be riding Sat the 21st of March and you are an experienced rider and would like to ride through the week please let Pat know. Unfortunately we will not be having people riding with leaders at this present time.

Due to the circumstances we have been left with no other option but to close the riding school, we have no idea how long this nightmare is going to go on for, but we are hoping you will all continue to support us when everything is back up & running again! Riding on as normal at the moment, whilst we are still allowed. We want to try and take all precautions to keep staff and clients safe. Please can all riders try and wear gloves for riding and ensure hands are washed before and after riding. If you are able to bring your own antibacterial gel or wipes that would be great. Please bring correct money so change does not have to be handled. Keep safe.

In this difficult current situation with the Corona virus we just want to advise all clients that we are currently still open for business. We request that if you feel at all unwell please call to cancel and if you have returned from your travels recently perhaps you should consider cancelling until you know you have not contracted the virus.
