Progress with Balou & I has been steady, there have been plenty of moments where he seemed to think standing around and doing absolutely nothing was the best form of training. Tell me he’s a connie without telling me. Not no more !
We’ve worked on getting him more forward, responsive and engaged, with some fab moments starting to shine through. His balance is super now. He’s still testing whether I’ll give up before he does, but with patience, consistency and plenty of encouragement from we’re slowly getting there. Overall, a few small improvements this week, and hopefully next week he’ll decide that working is actually worth the effort!
