We love being a part of Grovesfest every year, and have so much fun meeting everyone.

It is an honour to have been chosen as their charity this year, and we can’t thank them enough for choosing us!🐐🪿🐑

We will be there all day for Grovesfest for you to come and meet the animals and hear more about the work we do in the community

We had so much fun with CPO today for one of their HAF days!

It was lovely to see how much the children enjoyed meeting the animals, the goats were very happy they got to eat some of the bramble bushes 🐐

🌿 What a fantastic HAF day at The Grange! 🌿

Today’s HAF session was all about coming together to care for our community. CPO were lucky to collaborate with Oasis Hub South Grimsby, Frank Sparkes - North Wall Cleaner Zac from PickWalks, the Freshney Comrades and many more at The Grange Community Centre to help make The Grange a cleaner, greener and more welcoming space. 💚

It was very hot, so our amazing adults and community members took centre stage, litter picking and filling skips to help give the area a much-needed refresh. Meanwhile, the children got creative with Emma from Nurture Nature Forest School CIC, building fantastic bug hotels and creating little homes for our garden visitors. 🐛🪲🐝

And then came the surprise treat for everyone’s hard work! 🐑🐐🐓 Nunnys Farm arrived with a fantastic selection of farm animals, and they were an absolute hit with everyone! There were plenty of smiles, excitement and animal encounters. 🥰

To top off an already brilliant day, PCSO Smith popped along to see what all the fuss was about! She spent time chatting and engaging with the children and even gave them a tour of the police car. 🚓👮‍♂️ Safe to say, that went down a treat!

Today was a perfect example of what can be achieved when a community comes together. Not only did we have lots of fun, but we also made a real difference to our local area.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, got involved, worked hard and helped make today such a fabulous (albeit VERY hot! 🥵☀️) day.
