Meet EK7130, a 20cm Nisai Hi Utsuri from Oofuchi Koi Farm.

Hi Utsuri is a wonderfully bold variety, combining fiery red/orange Hi with powerful black Sumi.

This young koi already has a very striking appearance, and it'll be interesting to see how the pattern develops with maturity.

Ochiba Shigure is often translated as “autumn leaves on water”—a beautiful description of the warm brown patterning sitting against the contrasting blue-grey body.

🇯🇵 ANOTHER JAPANESE KOI HAS ARRIVED ONLINE

Meet EK7128 – Ai Goromo, a beautiful 31cm Nisai from Oofuchi Koi Farm.

The attraction of an Ai Goromo is in the detail. Look closely at the red pattern and you'll see the darker pigmentation developing within the scales, giving this variety its distinctive character.

These can be fascinating koi to watch mature.
