Wellidog We are a Dog Rescue Charity who look after and re home all Dogs, Tel 07561129207 between 11 and 3

Wellingborough Dog Welfare, or Wellidog as we are more fondly known is a local charity in Grendon, Northamptonshire, and we are dedicated to making life easier for strays and unwanted dogs locally from surrounding areas. Founded in 1993 we have been rescuing stray dogs for over 22 years and are still as committed today as we always have been. With so many abandoned and unwanted dogs entering kennels every day we are committed to finding loving homes for all of our dogs. We are a no-kill shelter who believe that second hand dogs make first class friends, and we work around the clock to raise funds to care for the dogs in our care while we search for their perfect forever home. All of the money we raise goes directly to our charity, but we can only carry on the work we do with the help of people’s generosity. We do not claim expenses for our work, our payment is seeing the dogs in our care transferred to a forever home and becoming part of a family where they are loved.

🤩 Meet Pearl 🤩

Pearl is an 11 year old jack russell who sadly has spent most of her life having puppies. Now this girl deserves something she has perhaps never had before- a loving warm forever home

Pearl is a sweet lady who likes to do her own thing. She is always happy and her tail is always wagging away. She enjoys her walks and a game of ball. Her favourite thing is a soft squeaky toy

She is a lovely girl! She is ok with other dogs but can be a little bit possessive over her toys (with dogs, not people) but is happy to say hello to other dogs on her walks, she may be best as an only dog. She could live with children 8+ but no cats

Cami is an adorable 8 month old staff x mastiff who is so loveable and a bit of a do**us

She is so happy her whole body wiggles with excitement. She loves people and is very generous with her kisses and cuddles

She is a funny girl and makes you laugh. When she has had enough excitement and has decided she is done she will quite literally plonk herself down as if to say “right that is enough for me” 🤣

She is ok with other dogs and could live with dog savvy kids 10+

As with any young dog cami will need continued training, manners and socialisation.

Cami is looking for a forever home that will adore her big personality

Reba is a stunning 8 month old staff x, possibly with mastiff thrown in!

Reba is quite simply a bundle of happiness. Her whole body wiggles with excitement when she is happy.

She loves people and enjoys being the centre of attention. She can bark to start but if you speak in a silly voice or give her food she is back to being a wiggle bum. She is a girl who loves to be involved and soak up all of the fuss and affection she can get. She loves her food too!

She walks well on the lead and is ok around other dogs. She could live with sensible dog savvy children 10+

Being only 8 months old she is still very much a puppy and will need continued training, guidance and socialisation as she grows. She is currently lab ish height. She is enthusiastic with her greetings and can jump up so needs to learn some manners

She has so much love and happiness to give to somebody. She really will make somebody an amazing companion.

Slinky is a five year old dachshund who is ready for a forever home! He will make such a wonderful addition to somebodies home 💙

Slinky is the happiest little boy and his tail is always wagging. He loves being around people and is happiest when he is getting attention and spending time with his humans 🥰

He loves nothing more than a cuddle and a good belly rub. He really is the sweetest little boy that anybody who meets him will fall in love.

He is ok with other dogs and can live with children 8+. Insurance is highly recommended for successful adopters

Slinky is looking for a home where he can be part of the family and involved in days out etc

Meet Rupert a beautiful 6 year old staffy x with a big heart 💙

Rupert is a very friendly, happy and affectionate boy who loves people. He is quite clingy and would happily spend his days by your side soaking up all of the fuss and cuddles.

He loves food and can be vocal if he wants something you have or he wants something. He will play with toys but prefers the food and people option 🤣

He isn’t bothered by other dogs and could live with sensible children 10+

He is looking for a loving forever home where somebody will love him as much as he will love them

Meet Wanda a beautiful 7 year old English bull terrier and honestly we have nothing bad to say about her

Wanda is a real sweetheart who is looking for somebody to love her and give her food. She is not a fan of walks and is happy with a plod around the block and then back to chill

Her favourite thing in the whole world is food! 🍟🍿

She will ignore other dogs and could live with children 10+. She may need some help along the way with house training

If she comes across something she is unsure of her solution is to lie down. Her tail literally does not stop wagging and at dinner time will spin with excitement. She is cheeky in her own way and is just a lovely lovely girl

She deserves a home to be loved and spoilt

Meet Joseph a beautiful one year old saluki type who is gorgeous inside and out!

He is such a sweet natured, gentle soul who loves people and loves his cuddles, he really leans in

He can be a little shy when first meeting new people so he will need a little patience, but food will help along the way.

He loves other dogs and would love to live with another one but this is not essential. He can live with children 8+

He is just a happy go with the flow boy who will give so much to somebodies home. He is a special boy and deserves a family to cherish and love him
