🌈 Beautiful Dottie ❤️

I was so sad to hear today that our lovely Dottie has passed away.

Dottie was one of the older members of Team Filthy, and such an adorable, gentle old lady. She had been battling cancer, and although we knew she was getting older, it doesn’t make hearing that she’s gone any less upsetting.

It’s genuinely one of the hardest parts of this job. You really get to know these dogs. You care for them and look forward to seeing their little faces coming through the door. Then, eventually, you have to suddenly say goodbye. I know we’re ‘just the groomer’, and we feel nothing of the pain that her family are feeling, but Team Filthy is sincerely from the heart.

Sleep tight, beautiful Dottie. You’ll be very much missed at You Filthy Animal. I will miss your face darling girl 🌈🐾❤️ Donna Brewster

…..And that’s the summer rush nearly done! After a very busy few months (and some extreme weather!), we’re now looking ahead to the rest of the year… and dare I mention…. Christmas! 🎄

Christmas appointments are already being booked and December fills very quickly. We’d really like our Team Filthy regulars to secure their preferred dates before the Christmas rush of additional enquiries begins.
So please consider if you want to plan ahead and secure a fresh pooch over the Christmas period to avoid disappointment🎄
