What does a role in a Cats Protection shop really look like? It could involve getting creative, curating displays and jumping on seasonal trends.

Connecting your community, building relationships with customers and volunteers.

Or even leading and inspiring people, creating a welcome and supportive team environment.

Whatever it looks like for you, you’ll be making a better life for cats.

If you are interested in developing skills such as people management, customer service, creativity and commercial awareness, a role in one of our retail teams might be for you. Check out our current opportunities: http://spr.ly/CatsCareers26 🐱

Going to the Michaelmas Fayre this Saturday? Don't miss our stall!

If you've never been to the Alverstoke Michaelmas Fayre before, there really is something for all the family. There's a great atmosphere and the village is closed to traffic for the afternoon, so all manner of stalls are in and around the Parish Centre and lining the village pavements.

Our stall will be in the car park next to the Parish Centre and will feature Cats Protection merchandise, including our 2027 calendars and diaries, Christmas cards and decorations, pet accessories and an eclectic mix of new, nearly new and craft items. If you're looking for a cat-themed gift or looking to treat yourself, our stall is definitely the place to be! And don't forget our hand-made catnip mice to keep your favourite feline happy too.

Our volunteers are happy to talk over all things feline and if you're in need of help with neutering your cat, are interested in adopting a cat or volunteering with us, this is a great time to talk to us in person.

Hope to see you there!
