Wishing all of my customers a lovely Christmas and New Year! I will be returning to work on Tuesday 6th January. All messages will be replied to from that date.

I also want to take the time to thank every one who has given me a card or gift this festive season. As always it is never expected but always appreciated.

On a more soppy note, this December marked 5 years of Alex & The Hounds. Half a decade has flown by and I'm so overwhelmed and grateful for every one of you that have trusted me with your beloved fluffy friends. Thank you 💕

Hi all, just a friendly reminder that I am still on leave until Wednesday 22nd October. I've seen that a few people have messaged me, and whilst I enjoy the rest of my time off, I have to be firm with not replying until I return back to work, to ensure I keep a healthy work/life balance.

I appreciate not everyone will have seen my posts, informing of my time off. But I do all that I can to ensure that you do, including sharing them on my personal page, stories and across multiple platforms.

Please know, I am not ignoring any of you, I have seen your messages and will respond once I return back to work on Wednesday 22nd October. Thank you all for your understanding and patience. 😊

Due to the continued rise in cost of living, from Monday 6th October, there will be a price increase across all grooming services. Which also, for the first time, will include my additional fees. Please see the new list attached, I will be contacting everyone individually to let them know their updated price.

Thank you for every ones understanding, this isn't something I want to do, but rather need to do in order to keep up with inflation and keep my business going. Thank you all so much for your continued support.

Wishing everyone a happy Christmas and New Year! This December marked 4 years of Alex & The Hounds, and I just want to thank all of my loyal customers for supporting me and trusting me with your beloved pups. 🥰

Another thank you for all of the gifts and cards I received, as always it's never expected but truly is appreciated.

📣Important notice, please read📣

Afternoon everyone, unfortunately 2024 hasn't had the best of starts here at Alex & The Hounds. I suffered an injury to my back just before I was due to return back to work and have had to cancel/reschedule the last 2 weeks worth of appointments 😪

I have begun contacting those affected and would appreciate swift responses as and when you can to help me get everyone rescheduled as soon as possible.

Although I am feeling much better, I know I need to take things slow to avoid flaring my injury up. Due to that your dogs appointments may take longer than usual, thank you in advance for your understanding.
