I am fully booked until January, any cancellations will be posted on my page
Just a reminder to everyone who has an appointment that any no shows or late cancellations will have to be paid in full. I don’t get these very often anymore as my lovely clients all understand my policies but I’m just posting as a reminder for any new clients as it is the busiest time of year
I also wont be accepting bank transfers unless they are completed before pick up. Im still having to chase payments up hours after appointments which I shouldn’t have to do please if you have to bank transfer make sure the payment is done before picking up your dog

PLEASE READ!!

Hi everyone, for the past 3 years (nearly) I’ve been working full time Monday - Saturday grooming your pups. As much as I love doing this, I’ve decided it’s time for a little change and I’m going to go part time so I have time for another job. I’m just giving you all a heads up incase of moving around already scheduled appointments etc. I will be in touch in advance if anyone’s appointments need to be rescheduled (I know this will be annoying so I’m sorry) but I will make sure to manage to still fit everyone in where available. I won’t be taking on any new clients for the time being while I work my way around my schedule to make sure I keep space for all of my fab loyal customers to get booked in. So for the time being if everyone could hold off on booking too far in advance that would be great, 1-2 weeks notice at most is fine 😊

I will be going CASH ONLY for the time being just as I do not have the time to chase up bank transfer payments anymore and receiving cash helps me keep on top of things.

Also I know I have made a post about this already however my preferred method of getting in touch/booking appointments is through my messenger, instagram DMs and text message. I don’t book through WhatsApp and most of the time I can’t take phone calls so if possible just drop me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon s I can (and if I’m taking too long just text me again 😝)

This week is the busiest week of the year for me so can I just ask everyone booked in to double check their appointment days and times to avoid confusion and make sure any bank transfers are made before pick up so I don’t have to chase them up
