Today was the first of our Corporate Volunteer days! 👏🏼

It was a lovely day with a lovely group of people from Island Roads, Glanvilles Damant, Prospect Mortgage Services and PC Consultants

They all did an absolutely amazing job - filling our rabbit runs with wood chip, painting fences, mowing, strimming and applying wood preserver! 💪🏼

They smashed it all and got to see the rabbits enjoy their new and improved space and they met some of our dogs, cats and the two puppies! 😍

A huge thank you to everyone who came and got stuck in! Being an independent charity, our local community means everything to us, you keep us going and you make a difference. 🐾

Puppy fever! 😍

We have been looking after two gorgeous pups! Atlas (tan) and Echo (black) came into our care after beein rejected by their mum. They were just 5 weeks old and very thin so they went into foster care with a staff member.

They're now 8 weeks old and looking for their forever home. Echo has been reserved but Atlas is still looking for a place to call home. 🥰

Atlas is a Cane Corso, super cuddly and playful. He loves to carry toys and play tuggy. He will have received his first vaccination and his second vaccination will be due when he's 12 weeks. Atlas is microchipped and we will organise his neuter once he is old enough. 😇

We are looking for a home ideally with breed experience and he can go with older children 13+ and another dog pending introductions. 😊

We have been kindly donated these tickets from Isle of Wight Festival to aid in raising vital funds for our Island Animal Centre. 🙏🏼

We've got two very lucky kittens who were found by Adam and his team at ADL Scaffolding

These two kittens were found on the roof of the former Ponda Rosa Pub. Their mum is believed to have been a stray and it's suspected she had given birth to the kittens on the roof. They were found right before the stormy weather hit! 😓

There are ongoing efforts to trap and rescue their mum.

These two babies, named Ponda and Rosa, are frightened so it would be good to get them socialised in a home environment. We are looking for foster parents or foster to adopt parents. We'd like to keep them together. They could go with children age 12+. 😇

The foster parents will need to be able to attend regular checkups (Tuesday mornings) and their future neuter appointment.

✨ Fresh Face Friday ✨

Meet Calcifer and Frank, two lovely boys who are approximately 2 years old and looking for a special retirement home where they can enjoy plenty of love, comfort, and treats. 😇

These sweet gentlemen have gentle personalities and tolerate handling well, making them a pleasure to spend time with. They enjoy a relaxed lifestyle and can often be found snuggled up together in their favourite hammocks, enjoying a cosy nap. 🥰

Like most rats, they are very food-motivated and absolutely love being spoiled with their favourite treats. Whether it's snack time or cuddle time, Calcifer and Frank are happy to share their days with people who will give them the care and affection they deserve. 😍
