What a truly special day it was celebrating the marriage of Mr & Mrs Evans! 🥂✨

It was an absolute pleasure to have the handsome Mr Pickles by my side, and I couldn't have been prouder of him. He was so well behaved from start to finish, greeting guests, posing for photos, and playing his important role as the ring bearer perfectly. 🐶🤍

It was such a lovely day filled with so much love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
Days like yesterday remind me exactly why I do what I do. Being able to help couples include their beloved dogs in one of the biggest days of their lives is such a privilege, and I truly loved every second of it ❤️

Congratulations again to Mr & Mrs Evans – thank you for trusting me with your precious boy and allowing me to be part of your beautiful day.

I wish you both a lifetime of happiness together! 🥂🐾✨

I had the pleasure of seeing these two gorgeous Frenchies Borris and Winston today🐕✨️

I had a fun-filled visit today to help them stay cool and comfortable. We spent plenty of time splashing around in the pool 💦, playing together, and relaxing in the shade to keep out of the heat🌳

When the temperatures soar, sometimes a pop-in is just what our four-legged friends need! 🐾💙

Keeping dogs safe during hot weather is so important, and a pop-in with lots of enrichment, water, and cooling-off time is often much better than a long walk.

I'd say these two had a brilliant time... just look at those adorable faces! 😍🐶

☀️ Heatwave Update ☀️

With another heatwave on the way, the welfare of the dogs in my care will always come first.

For everyone's safety, all scheduled dog walks will either be cancelled or changed to a pop-in visit, depending on the temperature and conditions on the day.
During pop-in visits, I'll make sure your dog has fresh water, a toilet break where it's safe to do so, plenty of fuss, and I'll check they're comfortable before I leave.

I know many dogs love their walks, but exercising in extreme heat can be dangerous and lead to heatstroke. Their health and wellbeing will always be my top priority.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support. I'll be in touch with affected clients individually if any changes are needed. Stay safe and keep your pups cool! 🐶🧡

The harsh reality of being a dog walker in a heatwave. ☀️🐾

People often think it's as simple as grabbing a lead and heading out, but when temperatures are so high, my priority has to be the dogs' safety.
Hot pavements can burn paws, overheating can happen quickly, and some dogs are far more vulnerable than others.

That sadly means some walks are cancelled, visits are shortened, early morning walks, and sometimes having to tell clients that a walk just isn't safe today.

It's frustrating when you love being outdoors with the dogs, and it's tough financially when work is affected, but no walk is ever worth risking a dog's health.

So while the sun might look lovely please know I am trying to do the right thing and keep your furry family member safe. 🐶❤️
