We had a white and black female cat brought to us yesterday. Unfortunately she had already passed away when she was brought in to us.
She was found near the A623.
She did not have a microchip so if you know who she belongs to, please call us on 01298 812066

We’d like to apologise to all of our lovely clients for the longer than usual wait times you may have experienced at the practice recently.

We are currently extremely short-staffed, which means our remaining team are working incredibly hard to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. We know that waiting longer than usual can be frustrating, and we really do appreciate your understanding and patience while we get through this challenging period.

To help us manage things as efficiently as possible, we would be incredibly grateful if you could:

💊 Give us as much notice as possible (ideally 48 hours or more) when requesting repeat prescriptions.

🐶🐱 For flea and worm treatments, please call ahead before coming in, so we can have everything ready for you and minimise your waiting time.

📞 If you need something from the practice, please don't hesitate to call us first — a little planning ahead can make a huge difference to our busy team.

We know how important your pets are to you, and we're doing everything we can to continue providing them with the care they deserve. ❤️

Thank you so much for your continued patience, kindness and understanding. It really does mean a lot to the whole team. 🐾💙
