🐾 64 DOGS TRAINING WITH KINGDOM DOG TRAINING! 🐾

After our summer break, our classes are back this week and next and it’s going to be a busy one!

Over the next week or so, 64 dogs will be joining us across our classes from brand-new puppies beginning their training journey to long-term Dog Club members continuing to build their skills.

All our classes follow the Kingdom Dog Training curriculum, building practical everyday skills including recall, lead walking, focus, calmness, confidence and more — all through positive, reward-based training.

Dunfermline Puppy Class Graduates 🎓

A huge well done to Romy, Piper, Hugo, Connie, Joey, Ayla, Frank, Daphne, Teddy & Bow who all graduated from our Dunfermline Puppy Classes tonight!

It’s been brilliant watching them progress over the course and seeing their confidence, focus and skills develop each week.

Thank you to all the owners for putting the work in both in class and at home, you’ve all done a fantastic job!

A huge congratulations to Wojtek, Finn & Summer who graduated from their puppy classes tonight!

They've all done brilliantly throughout the course, building their confidence and working on important skills including focus, recall, lead walking, stays and settling around other dogs and distractions.

Maisie’s Puppy Training Progress

I had the lovely Maisie for her second 121 puppy session last week and she’s only 10 weeks old!

One of the main things we’ve been working on is settling. Mum and dad would like Maisie to learn that she doesn’t always need to be involved in everything and that she can relax in her bed while they’re watching TV, cooking or getting on with things around the house.

Maisie can already do her settle really nicely when we practise it on its own.

Our next step is making it more realistic building up the time she can relax in her bed next to mum and dad while life carries on around her.

At this age it’s all about keeping expectations realistic, rewarding those calm moments and gradually building up the duration.

She did a brilliant job for such a young pup!

A big well done to Skye who finished her Puppy 121 Package today!

We've been working on building all those important puppy foundations and she's made brilliant progress throughout her sessions.

Skye isn't leaving us just yet though, she's now graduating up to Dog Club!

Looking forward to continuing her training, building on everything she's learned and watching her progress even further.

Another great morning at Dog Club!

Today's dogs worked on:
🐾 Stay
🐾 Middle
🐾 Send Around
🐾 Walking to Heel

Our puppy classes covered similar foundations at a level suited to our younger dogs, helping them build confidence and understanding from the very beginning.

The engagement from all the dogs today was fantastic. It's always great to see handlers and dogs working together, building focus, confidence and having fun while learning.

Well done everyone, keep up the great work!

🐾 Meet Sadie🐾

Today I had the lovely 8-month-old Sadie for her first 121 training session.

Sadie can be reactive towards other dogs while out on walks, so today wasn't about getting her closer to dogs it was about building the foundations that will help her feel more confident and connected to her mum.

We started in a quiet environment with no distractions, working on focus, engagement and checking in with mum. As Sadie progresses, we'll gradually introduce distractions at a distance she is comfortable with and build from there.

Reactivity isn't something we rush. Small, successful steps can make a huge difference.

Sadie is booked onto my 3 session 121 training package, so I'm looking forward to seeing her progress over the next few sessions!

121 training packages are available for puppy training, recall, lead walking, general obedience and reactivity.
