A LITTLE CAT LOOKING FOR HER FAMILY 🤍

A female cat has sadly been handed in to the clinic after being found deceased on Sappi Road, Markinch.

She is black with white feet and a white chin and, sadly, was not microchipped. We believe she may possibly have been pregnant.

We know how heartbreaking it would be for a family to be unaware of what has happened to their much-loved cat, so we are hoping that sharing this post may help us find someone who recognises her from the description.

If you think she may be your cat, or you have any information that could help us identify her family, please contact the clinic on 01592 758 000.

Please share to help us reach her family. 🤍

Help Us Find His Family

We are trying to trace the owner of a male adult cat who was sadly found deceased in the area between Bankhead and Finglassie.

He is a mackerel tabby with a distinctive white chin. Unfortunately, he was not wearing a collar and was not microchipped.

We appreciate this is difficult news, but we would really like to make sure his family are aware of what has happened.

If you think you may recognise him from the description, please contact Ferguson Veterinary Clinic on 01592 407788.

Please share this post locally so we can hopefully reach his owners. 🐾

Found Cat – Thornton

Sadly, we have had a young female cat, estimated to be around 1–2 years old, brought into the clinic after being found deceased on Main Street, Thornton.

She is a tortoiseshell/tabby with four white paws. Unfortunately, she was not microchipped and was not wearing a collar.

We are hoping to find her owner so that we can let them know what has happened and give them the opportunity to make arrangements for her.

If you think this may be your cat, or you recognise her from the description, please contact the clinic on 01592 407788.

We would be very grateful if local residents could share this post to help us reach her family. 🐾

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Open Day at Ferguson Veterinary Clinic!

We were overwhelmed by the fantastic turnout. It was wonderful to welcome so many of our existing clients, as well as lots of new faces, and to have the opportunity to show you behind the scenes of our clinic.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing so many children enjoying themselves and showing interest in all things veterinary—especially dressing up in surgical gowns, caps and masks and imagining life as a veterinary surgeon!

We’ll be contacting the winners of our raffle very shortly.

Thank you once again to everyone who came along and supported our Open Day. A special shout out to the Guide Dog for the Blind Association and Heidi from SRUC Veterinary Nursing for giving up their time and attending. We raised a large sum of cash for our fantastic designated charity for the day - The Dog Aid society of Scotland

It was a pleasure to meet you all, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Ferguson Veterinary Clinic soon.
