Working with stressed , aggressive dogs six days a week is draining so its nice to work with some puppies for a change.

Most new puppy owners are in the honeymoon period. They often initially seek out trainers that use snuffle mats and ball pools. They want to hear all the feel good stuff.

Then when their dog is two years old and wildly out of control they seek desperate help from someone like myself.

Why not get the right info and training in the first place?

Meet Molly Pt1 10 days intensive

Molly is an amazing wee machine of a Labrador. She has insane prey drive and hunting skills. Hunting is all she thinks about despite loving food too. She will chase after any prey or animal in the distance and her leash pulling is excessive. Often running while the leash is attached.
On a slip leash she was constantly choking, gagging and still doing the behaviour.
So her owner decided to ecollar train her.

But most importantly keep her happy and positive.

Preparing your puppy for future vet visits.

It's more common now for vets to corner large dogs on the floor for examination.

This can hinder a good examination and in some cases cause a negative association of people approaching the dog.

If you feed while the dog is being examined you can increase stress, reduce tolerance or prevent the dog from actually registering the touch.

Pressure should be applied then released the reward.
This becomes something the dog can predict.

Making videos about other trainers...

When you make videos about other trainers slagging their methods even Slagging off their clothing or choice of dog etc.
Boasting about how you have all the skills and knowledge that all these other trainers lack.

All while you have just 7 client reviews since 2022 and four of those reviews aren't even from paying clients.

The reality is you're actually making these videos about other trainers because you have no results of your own to show and very little clients if any clients at all.

Hate is seldom from above, mostly below .

Best wishes to all the dog trainers that are out there making a difference in the lives of people and dogs.

Not all Ecollar training is the same.

What demonstrates good ecollar Training?

For me it's when you look at the finished article and couldn't tell if an ecollar was used or not.

Is the dog obedient but still happy looking ? Is the owner able to have the dog off leash?
Was the training effective and the dog is still happy?

As with any type of dog training we don't want a sad depressed, shut down dog after ecollar training.

Of course a dog may look unhappy in the moment that any punisher is applied, but in general you shouldn't be able to tell if an ecollar was used unless you saw it or I told you about it.

All dogs are not the same. Even siblings have different natures. How you trained one dog is not how you might train another.

Different things work for different dogs.

Most change their view on dog training when they get that tough dog when nothing seems to be working.

I have owned Rotties for over 30 years and never had a problem, if anything, all were a credit to their breed. Then I got Juno!! I reached out to another trainer after she bit someone. Ive never had a dog that has showed aggression with people and other dogs before, never mind biting someone, so I knew then i needed a hand. Unfortunately the trainers positive reinforcement training did nothing! And although we kept a closer eye on her she attacked our neighbours dog, now this is a dog she has known since a pup and had walked together many times, it was quite the shock.
Paul had been recommended on my rottie groups page, I wasn't sure about E collar training, but I was at the point of this isnt getting better as everything is prey to her and unless I muzzled her (which she hated) I just couldn't relax on our walks.
So I reached out to Paul and started her e collar training. What a revelation, if only I had did this from the start. She responded to the commands paul showed us really well and so quickly, her recall is fantastic.
This let's her off lead knowing we still have control of her. She has also calmed down in her aggression, family agree she is much better to. I cant thank Paul enough, its made dog walking enjoyable again. We still have work to do with her but its all going in the right direction.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone that needs help and not to be put off with an E Collar if thats what's needed.

I started Canine Ambassador back in 2017. As it approaches 10 years .I'm very grateful to all who's ever attended The long standing clients, helpers and trainers .

Hard to believe some of the trainers have been with Canine ambassador for seven years!
The trainers and assistants have just got better and better as time went on .

So many pass through the doors wanting to become a trainer but they never want to put the work in . Always just wanting to skip the queue and fast track.
Canine Ambassador could make a fortune capitalising on people who want to become trainers but we just don't do that.
We don't want to flood the market with tons of trainers but the main thing we reward is effort and commitment, not just those after money.

Great classes but as with anything you get out what you put in.

Some clients return once per year or every two. Some clients return with new dogs some just pop in for refreshers.

KILLED FOR FENCE FIGHTING!

As crazy as it sounds, some modern-day "paper behaviourists" will assess a dog for aggression through a fence.
If the dogs react badly to each other, they're labelled dog aggressive, and some are put to sleep.
For most dog owners and dog professionals, this is incomprehensible. Most of us have seen two dogs going ballistic at each other behind a barrier, only for the barrier to come down and the dogs to be completely neutral, or even friendly.
This clip is a prime example. Look how intense the male is behind the barrier. Moments later, the same three dogs are interacting without a care in the world.
Can you believe dogs are killed for this?
These decisions are often made by the people who claim to know dogs best. They lean on their qualifications and oppose any form of aversive training, even when it improves a dog's overall welfare.
Nothing is more aversive than death!
These are the same organisations that virtue signal against slip leads, e-collars and check chains so they look good, while thousands of healthy dogs are needlessly put to sleep every year.

If Ecollars are so gentle and effective why don't you put them on your child?

😡 This is the stupid s**t we get sent. Probably from someone whose poor dog is confined to a living room.

Well-

Do you feed your child kibble from a metal bowl on the floor?

Do you put your child in a kennel when you go on holiday?

Does your child bark and attack other dogs?

Does your child hunt small animals?

Does your child bite?

Do you take your child to the vet for flea treatment?

Do you put a leash, harness or head collar on your child?

Does your child chew your sofa?

Does your child runaway?

Do you neuter your child to stop it breeding?

Does your child chase cars?

Does your your child kill sheep!

Does your child attack visitors to your home?

NO of course not you moron so why would I put a fecking ecollar on my children?
