A post in my 30 years of dog grooming I never thought I'd have to do. Chelsea had a new dogs booked in and never showed up, the owner came in and paid for the missed appointment.
Caesar was rebooked in for 6pm on Thursday the owner was late (which he did call to tell her).caesar came in absolutely pelted. A £40 groom should have been double as she had to call me on my day off to help as he was clearly not used to being groomed.
Chelsea had to hold and cuddle him while I peeled him like an orange. He did sooo well.the owner returned half an hour late with £25 and said he'd come in the next day and pay the remaining £15
Chelsea had done an 11 hour shift and was shattered so she agreed and guess what he hasn't came in or made contact
He hasn't responded to my voicemail or txt.
As a small business this is a big hit,we're no pets at home that can suck up loss of money.hes a delivery driver in the area so if anyone knows him send him my way please.rant over 😢

Update the customer came in today and paid Chelsea the £15 balance for caesars groom.thank you everyone for your support and
comments 🙂
