Good morning everyone,

This is a difficult post for us to write and apologies for not posting sooner as we wanted to make sure it was the best decision.

We have had countless people out to look at the pool to try and fix it, however in order to do so would cost us an absolute fortune, which unfortunately we can't afford 😢.

Therefore we have made the decision to close the pool, it isn't one we have taken lightly and we have been doing all we can to try and avoid it.

Thank you to everyone that used our facility, it brought alot of joy to us at a very difficult time (those of you we spoke to at length will know what we mean).

To all our followers and their humans, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 🥰.

Good morning everyone we hope you are all well!

So yesterday was the big switch on for the pool, leaving it overnight to heat up!

Unfortunately this has not gone to plan and we have no hot water in the pool! 😒😒.

We have no idea how long this will take to rectify or if it can even be sorted. This is a massive blow to us, as we were all set to open this week 😭.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused anyone.

Hey everyone, we hope you have all been well.

Just to keep you all updated. We are looking at re opening towards the end of March, all being well. We may need to up our prices slightly due to the running costs.

We apologise that we have been quiet on here, we have had so much going on.

Will keep you all updated as we are beginning our deep clean in preparation for reopening.

Hey everyone, sorry we have been quiet recently, we were locked out of our FB account!

Just so everyone is aware, that's us closed for the winter now and will be back up and running in the new year all being well.

Hey everyone, we wanted to let all our followers and loyal visitors know that we will be closing at the end of October and will reopen in Spring next year.

Hey everyone, can we please ask that if you have booked your slot through our booking app can you ensure you confirm it when the reminder messages are sent the day before otherwise it automatically cancels your booking(not straight away, It give you a fair few hours to respond). The messages will be sent to whatever number or email address you put in at the time of booking.

We have set this up due to the volume of no shows we have had and as some people book well in advance it can slip people's minds, that's why we have reminder messages the day before and an hour before your booked slot. Also when your slot is cancelled it can automatically be given to someone else as we have a waiting list system in place.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

We recently had these three gorgeous girls along to celebrate Fyra's third birthday, we hope they all had a lovely time in the pool and exploring the garden, we loved having them along with us and had some lovely cuddles from them. 🥰

We were saddened to hear that one of our visitors Bailey was rushed to hospital after contracting a horrendous condition that required immediate intervention. We all know the lengths we would go to help our pooches, and if anyone could spare a donation of any kind would you please consider helping Bailey. Milo dump....Milo is a regular at K9-Ball and he never fails to make us laugh with his antics, you can be guaranteed that when he leaves he takes most of the water with him 🤣🤣🤣🤣...he has an absolutely fantastic time and we LOVE having him and his humans along with us! ###X
