Any remaining stock will be coming with us unless it’s already been pre-ordered to guarantee at Windsor as we won’t be returning to Scotland to refill the van before heading straight to Windsor ✌️

A huge thank you to everyone who collected soft crates from me at SKC today! The van was a lot lighter on the way home 🫶

New & old customers returning for second crates for their new puppies, plus one returning customer taking another soft crate all the way back to Australia as excess baggage again! ✈️

I only have 2 crate spaces left for Working day only at Bath next week (yes my van is already nearly full again!!)

It was lovely to meet everyone today even in a hectic double show 🤣 Good luck to everyone else over the next 3 days 🤞🏻

We’ve had loads of messages today asking about the size of our LARGE soft crate after this morning’s post.

Hopefully this quick clip helps show the difference in height from our ###L to LARGE. The base and width are still exactly the same, so there’s still plenty of room for your pup to lie on their side, stretch out, and stay comfortable with great airflow throughout.

Model is carrying the ###L (10kg) and not included🤭

All courier orders have FINALLY been processed and are ready for dispatch. If you haven’t heard from us, please drop us a message as we’ve been working through a significant backlog.

Between part of our delivery going missing in transit, a last-minute fuel surcharge, a van breakdown, and customs holding our stock for over 3 weeks!!! It’s been quite a journey but everything has now landed and ready to go!

A lot of this stock won’t even make it to our storage unit and will be heading straight back out in courier vans tomorrow morning 🎊

Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks—we’re pretty sure we’ve gained a few extra grey hairs along the way!
