🐾 Price Update from 1st April 🐾

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that from 1st April, there will be a small price increase of £2–£5 per dog, depending on breed and service.

This really hasn’t been an easy decision, and I’ve tried my best to avoid it for as long as possible. However, due to the continued rise in the cost of grooming products, supplies, and running costs, I unfortunately have no choice but to make this small adjustment.

I’m so incredibly grateful for all of your continued support and loyalty 💕 🐶✨

Hi Everyone,

Happy New Year I hope you all had a lovely Christmas break.

I just wanted to let you all know that my new year hasn't got off to a great start and I need to temporarily close for a couple of weeks to travel overseas to attend to a personal matter.

Clients with existing bookings during this time will be contacted directly. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support — it really means a lot. I’ll keep you updated on my return. 💗

⚠️ Important Notice – Missed Appointments & Cancellations ⚠️

This week alone, I’ve had 7 missed appointments or last-minute cancellations. That’s a huge loss of income and time that I simply can’t afford as a small business.

When this happens, I’m left sitting here with no dogs to groom, wasting hours that could have gone to another client. Please understand — this isn’t just an inconvenience, it directly affects my livelihood.

Going forward, missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged in line with my cancellation policy. I value every single one of my clients and their pups, but I also have to protect my time and business.

Thank you to those who always show up and give notice — it’s truly appreciated. 🐾

I've had 2 last minute cancellations and one no show this morning. If anyone can't make an appointment can you please let me know as soon as possible as I have others waiting on appointments. Im sitting doing nothing and have now lost a mornings wage 🙁

Hi everyone, hope everyone is safe after the storm.
Ive had alot of damage to my grooming room,the roof and electrics are the main priority to get fixed so I may need to rearrange some appointments.
Apologies to everyone I had to cancel as the storm hit I will get everyone booked back in as soon as possible so please bear with me.
