Does this interaction look playful or aggressive?

Some signs I can see:
The dogs approach each other with loose, curved body movements rather than stiff, direct posturing.
They spend time sniffing face-to-face and around each other's shoulders.
The black dog's tail appears carried fairly neutrally and moves naturally rather than being rigidly high and stiff.
Neither dog appears to be lunging, pinning, or relentlessly pursuing the other.
They disengage and move apart several times, which is a good sign.
Other dogs enter the scene and the interaction doesn't escalate.
That said, a few moments look a little excited or assertive, excitement can sometimes look rough, but it's different from true aggression.
Signs that would make me more concerned about aggression would be:
Very stiff bodies
Hard staring
Lip lifting or repeated snarling
Raised hackles combined with tension
One dog trying to escape while the other keeps pursuing
Repeated pinning or body slamming
Based on this clip alone, I'd call it playful/curious greeting behaviour with mild excitement, not aggression.

Wishing our most handsomest boy a very happy belated 5th birthday. (Saturday 1st June) 🥩🤎

Sorry we missed your special day Walter, a wee bird told me you had a wonderful time celebrating and had lots of amazing gifts and a big juicy steak too. Such a spoilt boy but truly well deserved.
Love you Walter, see you tomorrow. ✨️🎈✨️🎈✨️

Yesterday's walk was just a little bit drab. ☔️🌧 don't think it matters much to the Citypoochers but I would like some nice weather please..

Gross post alert ⚠️ *Update
Ticks are D...ks
Wee Angus's passenger of the week is this humongous tick, wasn't there yesterday but in hindsight he was rolling about and we played our sprinkles in the long grass and woods too.
So no surprises him getting a beastie of some sort despite having his protection on, the lil suckers seem to be out witting the tick and flea control!
So just a wee note to say please check your dogs after their walks. 😪🤢🌱🌿🌾
Updated to add
I also had a tick on my leg last night only noticed it in the shower. Safely removed and cleaned appropriately. Ticks are rife this year!
