We wanted to let all our lovely customers know that we’ll be closed on a few dates this year for a very special reason… one of our own is getting married! 💍🎉

We’re all incredibly excited, and as we are a family run business we appreciate your understanding while we take this time to celebrate with our loved ones. 🥂

Hi everyone! Just a quick wee update to let our lovely customers know that we now have a new bank transfer account due to ongoing issues with the old one.

👉 If you usually pay this way, please make sure you’re using the new details going forward. If you need them, just drop us a message and we’ll be happy to send them over.

That said, our preferred method of payment is still cash, as it helps keep things simple for us day to day 💷

As we come to the end of another year, we just want to take a moment to say the biggest thank you to each and every one of you for your continued support 💚

From all the kind words to the absolutely lovely presents we’ve been spoiled with. You really do make what we do so special 🥰

This year has been a big one for us at Debbie’s Dugs, with some exciting changes and growth within our team. We’re delighted to share our new team family photo, which perfectly captures the heart of Debbie’s Dugs 🐶✨

It’s been an amazing year looking after all your doggies, and we can’t wait to welcome you back in the New Year for even more walks, and wagging tails!

Ideal for all your doggies 🐾🐶🐾

A wind farm 20 minutes from Glasgow is hosting a 'nae fireworks' night for dogs who are looking to escape the noise on the big night.

With Bonfire Night never a great time for pets, especially those that struggle with the sounds of fireworks going off, Whitelee Windfarm is offering a safe space if they need an evening time walk.

🐾 Muddy Puppers Update 🐾

With all the rain we’ve been having lately, the field at Debbie’s Dugs has turned into a five-star mud spa experience for our pups! 😂🌧️
They’re having the best time zooming, splashing, and embracing full mud-gremlin mode — but it does mean they’re coming back to you a little… earthier.

✨ What we’re doing:
We’re towel drying every dog before they head home, and doing our absolute best to get them as clean and comfy as possible.

🧼🐕 How you can help:
If your dog has a raincoat, drying robe, fleece, or anything you’d like us to put on before the walk or after, just pop it in their bag and let us know — we’re more than happy to use it!

Even with the mud, the field remains the safest and most secure space for your pup to enjoy their off-lead freedom and social time. Their happiness and safety will always come first. 💚

As the festive season approaches, we at Debbie's Dugs want to spread some holiday cheer and also inform you about our holiday schedule.

🎉 We'll Be Back to Walk and Wag: January 5th

During this break, we'll be recharging our leashes and preparing for an even more exciting year ahead with your furry friends! 🐾

🌞🐾 Looks like our lovely Scottish sun is finally showing face again this week!

At Debbie's Dugs, we're always one step ahead, ensuring our fluffy buddies are kept cool, cared for, and safe from the heat. Your pet's well-being is our top priority, no matter how hot it gets! 🐕❤️🔥

Here's how we adapt to the heat:

🚶‍♀️ Shorter Walks: We'll be reducing our walking durations as even a quick break is enough on the hottest days.

🌊 Paddling Pools: We've added more paddling pools! Fresh, cool water will be regularly replenished for that splashy fun your dog loves.

🌬️ Air-Conditioned Oasis: Our vans are also enhanced with extra fans and cooling devices. Perfect for some restful, cool downtime.

🛏️ Cool Mats Everywhere! These have been a game changer, so we're placing more around our field.

Of course we completely understand if you'd like to cancel walks tomorrow if your pooch struggles with the heat.

Due to staff holidays ☀️ we won't be offering daycare services on 23rd and 26th May. But don't worry, we’re still here for your fur babies with our afternoon walks! 🐕🌲
