This week we welcomed the very lovely Jett and Lucy to the Barky Bark pack while their humans were off enjoying their holidays! 🏖️🐾

We absolutely love getting to provide holiday cover, whether it’s just for a few days or a couple of weeks. It means our regular walks can carry on as normal, while we get to welcome some new local doggies along for the adventure too! 🐶❤️

And Jett and Lucy fitted in like they’d always been part of the pack! 🥰 They were an absolute pleasure to have out and about with us this week, and we loved getting to know them both.

Hopefully this won’t be the last we see of these two! We’d be delighted to have them back for more Barky Bark adventures next time their humans are off on their travels! 🐾🏖️

A huge Barky Bark bye bye to Russell, who’s headed off on a brand new adventure with his lovely humans, Bal and Callum! 🏡🐾❤️

We’ve absolutely adored being Russell’s dog walkers for the last two years, and while we’re so sad to see him go, we know he’ll fit right in with his new pack!

Russell was just a wee toot when he first joined the Barky Bark Pack. He went from being kinda good off lead, with sorta recall 😂, to becoming one of the best wee off-lead doggies we had!

Always a complete ball of energy, one of our favourite things was arriving for pick-up and seeing Russell literally bounce about three feet into the air with excitement because his dog walkers and doggy pals had arrived. 😂❤️

And we have to give a special mention to his friendship with Millie. Those two got up to all sorts of hijinks together and regularly had us laughing out loud. A proper wee double act. 🐶🐶

But one of the biggest treats of all was being asked to chaperone Russell at Bal and Callum’s wedding. 🥹💒🐾 Getting to be there with him and help him play his part in their special day was such a lovely moment — and definitely one of our favourite Barky Bark memories.

We’re going to miss you loads, Russell — aka Russ, Russkle, Russellino — and all the chaos, bouncing and laughs you brought to the pack.

Have the BEST time on your new adventure, wee man. ❤️🐾

Blue skies, sunshine, a reservoir full of happy dogs… and just that little hint of autumn in the air 🍂🐾

Honestly, days like this are what pack walks are all about. Plenty of splashing, playing, exploring and generally having an absolute blast with their pals. 🐶

Not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet, but if autumn keeps giving us walks like this, we’ll take it! ☀️🍁
