Hi Everyone.
I am on holiday this week due to birthday celebrations (mine and the boys) but I wanted to share some heartbreaking personal news. Very suddenly, our beautiful Goose was diagnosed with a severe and incurable neurological condition. On veterinary advice, i had to make the devastating decision to let him go to sleep last night to prevent him from suffering.
As you can imagine we are all heartbroken 💔 but Daphne is providing the best cuddles as medicine.
I cannot guarantee when I return to work next Tuesday that the tears will have dried up but looking after your doggies and the cuddles and kisses they give me will help a little everyday. 🥰 Thankyou as always for your loyalty and support. Hannah will be looking after you all this week and I will see you very soon. 🐾💜

We Are Back!! 🥳🥳

A massive thank you to all our amazing clients for your patience over the last few weeks while we dealt with an unexpected power issue at the salon.

The good news? The lights are officially back on, the clippers are charged, and we are ready to welcome your pups back!

Hannah’s diary for Today, Thursday, and Friday is already FULLY BOOKED 🤯 (thank you so much for the incredible support!), but we are actively taking bookings for next week.

If your dog has to be groomed by MJ then please bear with me as I still have quite a full diary dealing with the aftermath of the temporary closure but I will be working some extra hours to get them all done. 🐾

Hi MJ thank you for the reply. Seriously don’t worry. I wouldn’t take the girls anywhere else. I only wondered as I can only do Fridays due to relying on hubby to drive me. If you are back working by the 10th and have something available around 10 that would be perfect. W only needs claws and a bath B a full groom. Let me know if this works so I can book hubby to drive me. I really hope you get things sorted asap as I know how busy you are. Lots of love xx

Happy Sunday everyone

Just a quick update to let you know that unfortunately, we are still dealing with an unexpected issue with the salons electrics, which means the salon will remain temporarily closed this week.

Hannah and I are working hard behind the scenes, and we will be personally reaching out to everyone who has had an appointment disrupted to get you prioritized and rebooked the absolute second our doors are open again!

Thank you so much for your incredible patience and loyalty. We are missing all your lovely dogs and cannot wait to get back to the salon very soon.

Between the hot weather and the electric issue it has been a busy and tough time so if I have not responded yet to your call please accept our apologies.

We will be extended our appointment availability once we are back up and running to make sure all your lovely pups get an appointment 🐾😊

Hey Lovely Customers, unfortunately due to this heat wave and some bad timing with our air con not working we are having to close the salon and cancel all appointments. MJ is working hard to get everything fixed and doing her best rain dance 🤣

So we love all the dogs we see but there are just some who hit differently 🥰
I have groomed this lovely girl despite her feistiness for many years- she was not a fan of being groomed but she tolerated me 🤣 she reached a grand old age and is now resting in peace. Poppy I will miss you so much but I am glad you did not suffer. Always in our hall of favourites ❤️❤️🐾🐾
