On Sunday 7th June the RSPCA Folkestone branch and will be hosting a fun day for the whole family 🐾

Do you recognise him? 🐾

Our Animal Welfare officer collected this handsome gentleman from the Wood Avenue, Folkestone area this week.

He is extremely underweight due to untreated hyperthyroidism. Sadly he has no chip but he is neutered.

Our Paws For Thought event returns! 🐾

🐶 As a dog friendly district, we have again teamed up with RSPCA Folkestone to run a free community day in Radnor Park, Folkestone on Sunday 7 June (10am-3pm).

It will include stalls, a boot sale, an agility course and a dog show.

💬 Council officers from environmental enforcement and community safety will also be there to offer advice and support to pet owners.

We can't wait to see you and your doggo there! 🐕

RSPCA Kent-Folkestone & District Branch CIO is looking for a self-employed fundraising professional to help us continue to fund our vital local work.

The branch is an independent charity, run by volunteer trustees, who are RSPCA Members, and is funded entirely from donations. We have just one member of staff - our amazing Animal Welfare Officer, who many of you will have met at community events, at one of our pet food banks, or if you’ve called on her for help.

We operate a clinic that provides veterinary help, offering reduced-price consultations, medication, flea treatment, and wormers for qualifying households. We work in partnership with neighbouring branches to offer the rescue and rehoming of cats from the Folkestone area.
