🎉 Sits & Wiggles is 4 years old today! 🎉

Four whole years of muddy paws, wagging tails, wet walks, wonderful memories and doing what I truly love every day. 🐾💛

I want to say a huge thank you to every single person who has supported my business—whether you’ve trusted me with your dogs, recommended me, shared my posts or simply cheered me on. I genuinely wouldn’t be here without you!

I’m so grateful for all the amazing dogs and owners I’ve met along the way, and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

Took a group of dogs out for a walk ended up in Arizona USA 🫢 😂

POV: January me, fighting for my LIFE against the British weather 🌧️😭😂

Apparently I wasn’t running a dog walking business… I was running a mobile dog car wash. 🧽🐕💦

Pick dog up ➡️ dog is clean
Go for walk ➡️ dog becomes 97% water
Return dog ➡️ towel dry for approximately 6-8 working days
Dog shakes ➡️ WE’RE ALL WET AGAIN. 😭

January really was just:

🌧️ Rain
🐕 Dogs
🧻 400 towels
💨 Wet dog smell

Fast forward to August and I’d actually sell a kidney for one of these rainy days right now. 😂😂

Dog walking in the UK: no good weather, just different reasons to moan. 🇬🇧🐾

🌴 Holiday Notice 🌴

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that I’ll be on holiday from Thursday 27th August and will be returning to work on Monday 7th September.

There will be no dog walks or training sessions during this time. I’ll reply to any messages as soon as I can once I’m back.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. I can’t wait to see all of my furry friends again when I’m back! 🐾

Last working day: Wednesday 26th August

🌲✨ POV: You’re enjoying a peaceful morning walk through the woods…

You hear the sound of happy paws, a whistle in the distance, and then around the corner appears a girl with her pack of dogs, all happily trotting along like they own the place. 🐾😂

One’s sniffing every tree like it’s reading the morning news… one has found the stick… another is on full-time squirrel patrol… and somehow they’re all convinced I definitely packed unlimited treats. 🍖👀

Just another morning at Sits & Wiggles. 💚

Early starts, shady woodland trails, plenty of water breaks, and lots of sniffing make for the perfect adventure—keeping the dogs cool, happy, and living their very best lives. 🌿☀️

If you see us out and about, don’t be surprised if you can’t help but smile… because nothing beats a happy pack enjoying the great outdoors. 🐶❤️

☀️ Hot Weather Protocol Returns From Tomorrow and into next week☀️

With temperatures set to rise again, our Hot Weather Protocol will be back in place from tomorrow to ensure every dog stays as safe, happy, and comfortable as possible.

From tomorrow:
🐾 Walks will take place during the coolest parts of the day.
🌳 Routes will be chosen for maximum shade.
💧 Fresh water will be available at all times.
❄️ The van will be fully equipped with air conditioning, fans, and cooling equipment to keep dogs comfortable during transport.
🚶‍♀️ Walks may be shortened where necessary and replaced with enrichment activities, sniffing games, and plenty of rest breaks.

The welfare of every dog will always come first. If temperatures become too high to walk safely, walks may be amended or cancelled, and I will let you know as early as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Your dogs’ safety will always be my number one priority, and I’d much rather adjust a walk than put them at risk.

🐾 Weather Update for Next Week 🌤️

Hi everyone!

The forecast for next week is looking much cooler, which is great news for our four-legged friends! 🐶

We’ll be returning to our normal walking times, using shaded routes wherever possible to keep everyone comfortable. Fresh water will be available throughout every walk, and if temperatures rise more than expected, walks may be slightly shortened to ensure the dogs stay happy and safe.

As always, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather and monitoring temperatures throughout the day. If conditions become unsuitable for safe walking, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Your dogs’ health, safety and wellbeing will always be our number one priority.
