If you are unable to attend an appointment, please call us to cancel in advance. We are extremely busy with people waiting to be seen. Everyday we have missed appointments-which could have been used for sick pets. Moving forwards we will be charging a £20 fee for a no-show appointment, including routine MHP health check appointments. Thank you for your understanding ❤️🐶😽🐱

Earnie (might answer to Dexter) managed to escape his carrier on the way to the practice and jumped the fence by our entrance door. Please keep an eye out for him and update us with any sightings. He is a ginger tabby, nervous, recently neutered.

Three teeny voles we named Gus, Nico and Asier ❤️. These guys were bought in after being uncovered during building works. We always advise to leave young uninjured wildlife where you’ve found them as that is their best chance of survival, unfortunately that’s not always possible. Woodys wildlife rescue has kindly taken over their care this evening and hopefully will be able to release them back to the wild when they’re old enough! 🐭
