🐾 Meet Angus, a loveable Doberman deserving of a loving home.

When Angus was hit by a car, a passerby reached out to Medivet Pinner to help.

Thanks to the care provided by Medivet Pinner and Medivet, Angus made a full recovery, and also found his forever home with his new owner, Mark.

Three teeny voles we named Gus, Nico and Asier ❤️. These guys were bought in after being uncovered during building works. We always advise to leave young uninjured wildlife where you’ve found them as that is their best chance of survival, unfortunately that’s not always possible. Woodys wildlife rescue has kindly taken over their care this evening and hopefully will be able to release them back to the wild when they’re old enough! 🐭

This week we had the lovely Raven the English Bull Terrier in for her dental 🐶 🦷 🪥.

Ravens owner had noticed that her breath was a bit smelly- on closer inspection we found she had a buildup of plaque which was causing gingivitis and inflammation. This was removed under an anaesthetic and she had all of her teeth polished and checked, sometimes plaque can hide painful, wobbly, rotten or infected teeth so a thorough inspection is vital! 🐶 ❤️

Bites from fleas and ticks can pass on harmful diseases to you and your pet and rising temperatures mean ticks are active for the majority of the year. We have different treatments available ranging from spots-on's and chewable tablets lasting 1 or 3 months, and we also stock an injection which lasts a whole year. Please speak to the vet to discuss which would be most suitable for your pet.
