🐾 NEW DOGS WELCOME AT Summer's Steps! 🐾

I’m looking to welcome a few more lovely dogs onto my books over the coming weeks! 💚
Whether your dog needs a regular weekly walk, some extra training along the way, carefully managed socialisation, or simply a proper adventure while you’re busy, I offer a range of services tailored to the individual dog.

I have particular experience with working spaniels and active working breeds, and regularly train my own dogs in gundog-style work as well as work them during the shoot season. I understand that for many of these dogs, a walk isn’t just about covering miles — they thrive on having something to think about too! 🧠🐶

Services include:

🐾 1-to-1 & small group walks
🌲 Adventure walks & enclosed field sessions
🎓 Walk & Train – recall, lead manners, engagement and more
🐶 Puppy Walk & Learn
🐕 Carefully managed socialisation walks
🎯 Training & behaviour support
🏡 Pop-ins & house sitting
🚐 Pet taxi

I’m fully insured, experienced and I genuinely love getting to know each dog as an individual — building confidence, encouraging good manners and making sure they have plenty of fun along the way.

📍 Covering Fleet, Church Crookham & surrounding areas

If you’re looking for regular help with your dog, or know somebody who is, please feel free to drop me a message. Regular weekly spaces are available. 🐶💚

🎃 Hello October! 🍂🐾

Spooky season has officially arrived at Summer’s Steps! 👻🐶 And I think it’s safe to say the gang are taking their Halloween duties very seriously… 😂🎃

October means crisp morning walks, crunchy leaves, muddy paws and plenty of autumn adventures with all our four-legged friends. 🧡🍁

Here’s to another busy month of walks, training, adventures and lots of happy dogs! 🐾

🐴🐾 A day in the life of Summer’s Steps! 🐾🐴

A lovely busy day today doing a bit of everything I love! 💚

🐴 Horse field checks to make sure everyone was happy and well

🐾 A fun group dog walk, followed by some very well-earned good boy snacks afterwards 😋

🐴 And finishing up with some solo equine care, keeping one lovely boy happy and cared for while his owner is away.

Dogs, horses, fresh air and lots of miles covered — just another day at Summer’s Steps! 💚🐾🐴

🐾 MEET THE SOCIALISATION TEAM — MILO & ZAK 🐾

These two handsome boys aren’t just our own dogs, they’re part of mine and my partner’s working gundog squad, and they’re also the dogs I use for my socialisation walks. 💚

Milo & Zak are calm, confident and completely non-reactive around other dogs, making them ideal companions for dogs who may struggle socially, lack confidence or need to learn how to calmly exist around other dogs.

Both boys are whistle trained, giving me a high level of control throughout the walk and allowing everything to remain calm, structured and appropriate.

Socialisation doesn’t have to mean throwing dogs together to play. Sometimes it’s simply learning to walk alongside another dog, share the same space and be comfortable in their presence.

If your dog could benefit from calm, controlled socialisation with carefully selected dogs, Milo & Zak are my go-to guys. 🐶🐶

Beautiful morning to spend with this handsome chap 🥰

Not every dog enjoys or suits a group walk and that’s absolutely fine!

I offer 1-to-1 solo walks, giving your dog my full attention and a walk tailored entirely to them. Whether they’re nervous, reactive, older, younger, or simply prefer their own company. 🐶💚

📩 Message me for availability.

It’s been a little quiet on here lately! 🐾💚

For one reason or another, I haven’t managed to post much over the past few weeks, but Summer’s Steps has still been as busy as ever behind the scenes! 🐶🐴

So here’s a little photo dump from the past month — lots of walks, happy faces, adventures and plenty of fun along the way. 🥰

As always, I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who continues to trust me with their four-legged family members. 💚

Sometimes life gets busy and social media takes a back seat… but the dogs certainly don’t! 😂🐾

Love what we do at Summer’s Steps? Then spread the word! 💚

Recommend a friend to Summer’s Steps Dog Walking & Horse Care, and when they book and use my services, you’ll bag yourself a FREE 1-hour dog walk! 🐶🎁

It’s my little way of saying thank you for supporting my small business and helping it continue to grow. 🥰

They get great care… you get rewarded!
It really does pay to share the love. 💚🐾

📩 Just make sure your friend mentions your name when they get in touch!

New adventure unlocked! 🐾🌿

Today we swapped our usual trip to Farleigh Forest for our very first visit to Arborfield Acres by Hounds & Bounds... and what a hit it was! 🐶

One of the best things is there's no dog limit, which meant I could take all four of my own spaniels along too. They absolutely loved being part of the fun, and I think the highlight for everyone had to be the giant doggy sandpit! 🏖️🐾

Safe to say it was a huge success, and I think we'll definitely be making plenty more visits in the future! 💚
